Dr. Donald Janney

Dr. W. Donald Janney, 83, of Villa Hills, died Thursday, January 28, at Villa Springs Health Care in Erlanger. He was a retired Doctor with Radiology Associates of Northern Kentucky.
Dr. Janney received his M.D. from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in 1951. He completed his residency in Radiology at the University of Indiana before joining the group currently known as Radiology Associates of Northern Kentucky. He joined the St Elizabeth Medical Staff in 1957. He served as Radiology Department Director at St Elizabeth for many years. He also served a term as Medical Staff President at St Elizabeth and served as Kenton County Medical Society President. Dr. Janney retired from active practice in 1986.
He was a Veteran, having served in the Army two years and in the Air Force three years.
Dr. Janney was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church, Lakeside Park.
Survivors include his wife, Veverly J. Schnell Janney; son, Donald L. Janney of Harrison, Ohio; daughter, Connie J. Janney of Denver, Colorado; two grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard and Genevieve Janney.
