Biography

Robert L. Thomas, 80, of Edgewood, died Sunday, February 7 at Healthcare of St. Elizabeth, Edgewood. He was a retired Federal Agent with the United States Government.

Mr. Thomas was a United States Air Force Veteran, having served during the Korean War.

He was a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Louise Hamilton Thomas; son, Robert L. (Cynthia) Thomas Jr. of Mountain Brook, Alabama; daughter, Sherry Kay (Tim) Mays of Highland Heights; brother, Donald W. (Lorraine) Thomas of Erlanger; sister, Elizabeth Hostein of Indianapolis, Indiana; granddaughters, Kaitlyn Thomas and Natalie Mays; step grandson, Matthew Sticker; five nieces; and one nephew.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Kirby and Ruth Elizabeth Setters Thomas.
