Biography Annie Lee Myers Thornberry, 96, of West Covington, died Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Health Care, Florence.
Annie was born on October 20, 1915 in Oakman, Alabama to the late Homer and Birdie Ary Myers. She was a homemaker and member of Madison Avenue Baptist Church, Covington.
Her husband, George L. Thornberry; and sons, Roy E. Thornberry and James Ronald Thornberry preceded her in death.
Survivors include a brother, Robert Myers of Mobile, Alabama; sister, Ethel LaChapelle of West Blocton, Alabama; daughter-in-laws, Vada Thornberry of Ludlow and Mary Thornberry of Latonia; 13 grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren; and 30 great great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held in Alabama.
