Barbara D. Staubach

Barbara D. (Cook) Staubach, 76, of Fort Mitchell passed away Saturday, December 23, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood.

Barbara was born on January 20, 1947, in Covington, Kentucky to Clarence and Wilma (Sharr) Cook. She was a bookkeeper for most of her career, also spending time driving a truck and dealing cards in Las Vegas.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Shirley Doud.

Survivors include her daughter, Patty (Hank) Goforth; son, James (Candy) Staubach; sister, Joan Harrison; brother, William (Kathy) Cook; five grandchildren, Evan (Danielle) Staubach, Rachelle Staubach, Amberlie Buckner, Michael (Alexis) Staubach and Amanda (Harley) Fossitt; three great grandchildren, Ava, Henry and Wynter; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation is Friday, December 29, 2023 from 10:00 am to 11:45 am at the Chapel of Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger. Funeral services immediately follow at 11:45 am. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Erlanger is serving the family.
