Bernice Loesing

Cold Spring, formerly of Independence

Bernice H. Loesing, 84, of Cold Spring, formerly of Independence, passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at Highland Springs of Fort Thomas.

She was a retired secretary with Thomas More University. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cold Spring where she sang in the choir and volunteered at St. Joseph School and a member of the Cincinnati Kolping Society. Bernice enjoyed sewing, knitting, baking, and crocheting.

She was preceded in death by parents, August and Mary Frank Kurleman; and brother, Paul Kurleman.

Survivors include sons, Ralph (Cathy) Loesing and David (Jennifer) Loesing; daughters, Angie McQueeney and Nancy Mueller; grandchildren, Emily (Joe), Ethan, Zach (Maura), Amanda (Michael), Nikki (Jarren), Sydney (Alex), Alex, Kelsey, Jared, Ryan and Michael; and great grandchildren, Wren and Hayes.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 18, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cold Spring with a visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the church. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery, Cold Spring.

Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.

Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Erlanger is serving the family.
