Betty J. Lauer, 66, of Erlanger, died Saturday, November 3, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Health Care, Florence.
Betty was born in Covington on February 23, 1946 to the late Cecil and Maybell Hall Hatton.
She was a retired sales associate with Champion Paper Company of Fairfield, OH and a homemaker.
Betty is survived by her husband, Thomas J. Lauer, sons, James McHugh, Jr and Thomas J. Lauer, Jr. both of Erlanger, step-son, Jason (Kate) Lauer of Cold Spring, daughter, Angela McHugh of Cincinnati, OH, step-daughter, Jessica (Dave) Carlin of Independence, sisters, Joyce (Tom) Smith of Cincinnati, OH and Peggy Hatton, of Covington. Also surviving are six grandchildren, Lauren, Talyn, Aiden, David, Maddox and Ellie.
Preceding her in death, along with her parents, was a brother, William Hatton and sister, Patricia March.
