Betty Wheelington

Betty Ann Reed Wheelington, 80, of Jonesville, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, December 24, 2020 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood. She was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church and was a retired registered nurse with Owenton Manor Nursing Home in Owenton.

Betty enjoyed sewing, gardening, homemaking and spending time with her family. She was also a volunteer at Helping Hands in Williamstown.

Betty was preceded in death by her loving husband, Marshall Neil “Bear” Wheelington; son, Barry Wayne Wheelington; and daughter, Marsha Ann Garrison.

Survivors include a son, Bart (Kendra) Wheelington; seven grandchildren; and brothers, Larry Reed and Fred Reed.

Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Erlanger is serving the family.
