Beverly Ann Fields

Beverly Ann (Worley) Fields, 70, of Petersburg, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Florence. 

Beverly was born on March 4, 1956, in Covington, Kentucky to the late Dell and Margaret (Neal) Worley. 

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Autumn Fields and sisters, Sharon Morris and Alice Strattus. 

Survivors include her daughter, Rachel (David) Ramler; sons, Shelby (Gillian) Fields and Robert (Amy) Fields; sisters, Trudy (Loren) Eads and Diana Worley; brother, Wayne (Linda) Worley; grandchildren, Emmalee Fields, Nicole Ramler, Becky Fields, Eli Fields; great grandson, Abel Fields; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Visitation is 12:00 Noon to 1:00 pm Friday, May 1, 2026 at the Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, 1833 Petersburg Road, Hebron. Funeral services to immediately follow at 1:00 pm. Interment at Hebron Lutheran Cemetery, Hebron. 

Memorials are suggested to Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
