Brooke Vaughn
December 13, 1943 — October 26, 2016
Brooke Vaughn, 72, of Fort Mitchell passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Edgewood. She was a retired Administrative Assistant and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Rebecca McHargue in 2003; her parents, Gordon Vaughn, Sr. and Margaret Jane Mickelson Vaughn; and her brother, Gordon Vaughn, Jr.
Surviving is her life companion of 25 years, Margaret Wilkerson of Fort Mitchell; daughter, Christine Allyn (Chet) Wiernusz of Atlanta, Georgia; seven grandchildren, Wesley and Maxwell Vanlandingham, Bailey Wiernusz, Allison, Jennifer, Nicholas and Brandon McHargue; one great granddaughter; many treasured and cherished friends; her faithful furry companion Lilly and all of her loyal furry companions.
A Receiving of Friends is on Thursday, November 3, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:50 p.m. in the May Room of Trinity Episcopal Church, 326 Madison Avenue, Covington. Funeral Service to immediately follow at 7:00 p.m. in the sanctuary. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Covington is assisting the family.
