Carla Lewis
February 19, 1937 — February 7, 2018
Carla Mae Lewis, 80, of Erlanger, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2018.
She was a member of New Hope Ministries, Cincinnati. Carla was a retired LPN with Deaconess Hospital and enjoyed playing the dulcimer and reading.
She was preceded in death by parents, Elmer and Nannie Belle Ratliff Lewis; sisters, Helen and Hazel; and brother, James.
Survivors include sisters, Lorene Free and Dorothy Hunter and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside service is Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Hebron Lutheran Cemetery, Hebron. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron, is serving the family.
Memorials are suggested to New Hope Ministries, 10461 Pippen Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45231.
