Carol M. Horak Kahn, 74, of Edgewood, went to live with the Lord on Saturday, December 28, 2013. She passed away peacefully at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood, after suffering a cerebral stroke on December 3.
She was born in Covington in 1939 to the late Frank and Margaret Horak. She was preceded in death by her sister, Diane Jones of Florence, in 2004.
Survived by her husband of 15 years, Dana M. Kahn, children of previous marriage to Charles Causey Sr., daughters, Debbie Davidson, Pam (Mark) Scherer, Charlene Causey, son Chuck Causey, Jr., and granddaughter, Brigid Scherer.
She enjoyed spending time with family, dining out and watching her favorite T.V. programs. She was a lover of animals, especially her dog Buddy.
She is forever in our hearts.
Services have been held.
