Cary Dean Sallee, 68, of Erlanger, Kentucky died on Friday at Hospice of St. Elizabeth, Edgewood. He was a retired truck driver for Long Brothers Bag Co. of Ludlow.
He was preceded in death by his 1st wife; Sharon Kaye Guy Sallee in 1970 and his 2nd wife; Connie Hopson Sallee in 1994; 2 sons, Scott Sallee in 1991 and Andy Fisk in 1999; and his parents, Orville and Beatrice Deno Sallee.
Survivors include daughters, Kerry Ann (Jim) Bailey of Livermore, KY, Terry Lynn Owen of Owensboro, KY, Jennie Fisk of Frankfort, KY, Michelle Moeves of Edgewood, Barb Sallee of Mesa, AZ and Angela Sallee Marks of Edgewood; son, Brian Sallee of Owensboro; a daughter in law, Charlene Fisk; brothers, Charles (Sue) Nix of Hogansville, GA., Ronnie (Margie) Tanner of Elsmere, Donnie (Joyce) Tanner of Sacramento, KY, Dean (Donna) Newcom of Owensboro, Ben Ashby of Plant City, FL and Stanley Higgs of Owensboro; a sister, Denise Ward of Glasgow, KY; 12 grandchildren; Aaron Fisk, Bain Fisk, Corinne Moeves, Bryce Moeves, Kiarra Marks, Heath Bailey, Blaine Bailey, Andrew Owen, Matthew Owen, Carolyn Sallee, Elizabeth Sallee and Victor Sallee and 6 great grandchildren.
