Charles Whaley, Jr

Charles Ernest Whaley Jr., 69, of Taylorsport, died Saturday, December 27, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Health Care, Edgewood. He was a retired installer/repairman with Cincinnati Bell for 40 years and a Vietnam Army Veteran.

Charles enjoyed playing the saxophone and taking his 1955 Chevrolet to area car shows.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Ernest Whaley Sr.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Lee Reineke Whaley; son, Charles Victor Whaley of Independence; daughter, Shannon Lee (Don) Callahan of Burlington; mother, Ora Steele Whaley of Walton; grandchildren, Olivia Whaley, Patrick Whaley, Sophia Whaley, Molly Callahan and Riley Callahan.

Visitation is Wednesday, December 31, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. Memorial service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Reverend Shawn Crisman officiating.
