Curtis Cox

Curtis Randall “Randy” Cox, 64, of Florence passed away Thursday at Hospice of St. Elizabeth, Edgewood.

Randy was a retired Airline Pilot for Comair, with more than 25 years of service and a member of the A.L.P.A.. He was also a veteran, serving as a Lance Corporal in the U.S. Marine Corp during Vietnam.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Rita Mae Rushenberg Cox.

Survivors include his wife, Susan Adams Cox of Florence; daughters, Mindy Folkers of Arkansas and Anna Cox of Florence; sons, Curt Cox of Mississippi and Cassin Cox of Florence; sister, Cherwyn M. (the late Jerry) Runnion of Diamond Bar, California; and six grandchildren.

Visitation is Wednesday, December 2, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. A Catholic Blessing will immediately follow at 8:00 p.m. Military honors will be provided.
