David Alan Gregory, 57, of Carrollton, formerly of Erlanger, died Saturday evening, November 22, 2014 at Carroll County Memorial Hospital, Carrollton. He was disabled.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John W. Gregory in 1995 and Thelma Caudill Gregory in 1998; and a brother, Jerry Gregory.
Survivors include sisters, Wanda (Danny) Lovelace of Elsmere and Tammy S. Gregory of Butler; brother, Phillip Gregory of Florence; and several nieces and nephews.
Services and interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger will be private.
