David Johnson

Samuel David Johnson, 56, of Burlington passed away Wednesday morning, October 21, 2015. He was disabled.

David was a member of the Gethsemane United Methodist Church, Burlington. He enjoyed horses and being outside, whether it be mowing the lawn or just enjoying the outdoors.

Surviving is his mother, Dora Lee Lainhart Johnson of Burlington; his father, Samuel Delbert Johnson of Jonesville; sister, Vicky Lynn (John) Locke of Crittenden; brothers, Steven Douglas Johnson of Burlington and Robert Dale (Darla) Johnson of Florence; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation is Saturday, October 24, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. Funeral services to immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Reverend Terry Unthank officiating. Burial at Belleview Cemetery, Burlington.
