David Wayne Schultz, 74, of Burlington, Kentucky passed away Monday, January 26, 2026, at Florence Park Care and Rehabilitation Center, Florence, Kentucky. 

David was born on March 12, 1951, in Covington, Kentucky to the late George and Aloise “Pat” (Kinsel) Schultz. He was a retired Police Officer for the City of Cincinnati, beginning his career with the Kenton County Police Department. 

David was preceded in death by his parents, and a half-brother, Thomas McClure. 

He is survived by his wife, Teena (Wilson) Schultz; daughter, Tessa (James) Eldred; sons, Bradley (Laura) Schultz and Jamie B. (Kellie) Robinson; half-brother, Dennis (Lida) McClure; and five grandchildren, Joben Robinson, Aden Jones, Addison Jones, Adam Jones, Jonathan Schultz.

Visitation is from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 pm Friday, February 6, 2026, at the Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home,1833 Petersburg Road, Hebron, Kentucky. Funeral services to follow at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger, Kentucky.
