Donald "Don" Davidson

Donald Edward Davidson, 87, of Petersburg, Kentucky passed away following a brief illness.

Don was born on July 15, 1936, in Leslie County, Kentucky to William Ace and Dru (Craft) Davidson. He served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. Don began a career with American Airlines working the Ramps, Fueling and De-Icing planes and retired after 35 years of service.

He was a 50+ year member of the Elvin R. Helmes F&AM Masonic Lodge of Petersburg, Kentucky and he enjoyed bowling, fishing, hunting and UK Basketball.

Don was preceded in death by his parents, William and Dru Davidson.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Cora (Langdon) Davidson; and his daughter, DeAnna (husband, Tony) Lipps; and a host of friends and extended family.

Visitation is from 11:00 am to 12:45 pm Friday, April 5, 2024, at the Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. A Masonic Service will be offered at 12:45 pm and the Funeral Ceremony will immediately follow at 1:00 pm. Interment with Military Honors will be in Petersburg Cemetery, Petersburg, Kentucky.
