Donald A. Stamper, 85, of Florence, passed away Sunday, January 3, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood.
He was a member of Bullittsburg Baptist Church and was a retired Major with the Boone County Police Department. Donald enjoyed playing golf and farming.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Helen Scroggin Stamper.
Survivors include his loving wife of 65 years, June Stephens Stamper; son, Rick (Jennifer) Stamper; daughters, Robyn (the late Paul) Hodges, Keli (John) Mason and Keri (Jake) Zink; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; sister, and Janet (Harry) Peeno.
Funeral Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
Memorials are suggested to St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 S. Loop Road, Edgewood, KY 41017.
Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron is serving the family.
