Doris Kramer

November 13, 1918 — April 16, 2018

Doris Mary Trunnell Kramer, 99, of Fort Wright, passed away Monday, April 16, 2018 at the home of her daughter in North Carolina. She was a seamstress during World War II, a homemaker, a member of The Daughters of Isabella and a member of St. John’s Church, Covington. Doris had a special devotion to the Blessed Virgin and the rosary and watched the Mass on television faithfully when she was no longer able to attend.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley; parents, William and Margaret Rehkamp Trunnell; sister, Margaret Trunnell Pink; brother, Clifford Trunnell; and granddaughter, Katherine Kramer.

Survivors include her son, Michael (Roseanne) Kramer of Burlington; daughter, Janet (David) Goodman of Hertford, North Carolina; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

Visitation is Friday, April 20, 2018 from 9:15 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at St. John’s Church, Covington, Kentucky. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Mother of Gods Cemetery, Covington, Kentucky immediately following Mass. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Covington is handling the local arrangements.
