Edwin Huth

Biography

Edwin Richard Huth, 91, passed away Friday, October 19 in San Antonio, Texas. He served in the U.S. Army in the Philippines in World War II as a Sgt. Major and was the Superintendent of the main post office in San Antonio.

He is the brother of Robert (Grace) Huth, deceased; Jack Huth; Thomas (Margie) Huth, M.D.; William (Shirley) Huth; Clara (Roy-deceased) Willenbrink; Mary (Harry) Herbst, deceased; Virginia Rust; and Betty Huth, all of the Cincinnati area.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Mary Helen, and his parents, Edwin and Clara Huth.

He is survived by four sons, Edwin, Jack, Joseph and Paul; two daughters, Anna and Mary Louise; three daughters-in-law; ten grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

Funeral and burial were held in San Antonio on October 22, 2007.

Memorial Mass

Saturday November 17, 2007, 9:30 am at St. Martin of Tours, Cheviot
