Flossie Hazel Phillips Clark, 82, of Dover, Kentucky, formerly of Covington, died Tuesday, May 5, at Maysville Nursing and Rehab Center in Maysville, Kentucky. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her daughters, Lola (John, Sr.) Weaver of Dover, Kentucky, Bertha (John) Carroll of Covington, and Linda Vaughn of Stearns, Kentucky; sons, Junior (Linda) Clark of Covington and Dean (Judy) Coffee of Stearns, Kentucky; 15 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fount Clark; and parents, Pate and Liz Cox Phillips.
