Frank Propes
November 5, 1963 — July 27, 2009
Claude Franklin "Frank" Propes, Jr., 45, of Newport, formerly of Covington, died Monday, July 27, at his home. He was a self-employed roofer.
Survivors include his mother, Annette (James) Burroughs Benton of Crittenden; daughter, Amanda Richards of Newport; son, Garrick Richards of Newport; sisters, Ann (Dennis) Huggins of Geneva, Alabama and Claudia Propes of Homerville, Georgia; brothers, Edward Propes of Jacksonville, Florida, Terry Propes of Crittenden, and Roger (Barbara) Propes of Valdosta, Georgia; and grandsons, Lawrence, Johnathan, Justin, Brian, and David McCracken.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Rick Propes; and father, Claude Franklin Propes, Sr.
