J. Edward Livezey

J. Edward Livezey, 82, of Edgewood, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2026, surrounded by his family at St. Elizabeth Healthcare following a brief illness. 

Edward was born on August 17, 1943, in Frederick, Maryland to the late Joseph Livezey, Jr. and Anna (Gall) Livezey. A graduate of Penn State University and longtime member of Immanuel Methodist Church, Lakeside Park, Ed retired after 26 years from AT&T as a Systems Engineer. He then embarked on a second career as a Financial Advisor for Northwestern Mutual until full retirement. 

An avid shotgun enthusiast, Ed was a member of the National Rifle Association and enjoyed Sporting Clays and Trap Shooting. For many years, he was a Coach for the Scholastic Clay Target Program. 

Surviving is his wife of nearly 62 years, Diane D. (LaCoe) Livezey; daughters, Robin (Dan) Bisig and Suzanne (Andy) Peters; sister, Evelyn (Roger) Fetterman; granddaughter, Kendall (Tyler) Cox; grandson, Taylor (Rebecca) Bisig; and a host of nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026, 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at Immanuel Methodist Church, 2551 Dixie Highway, Lakeside Park, Kentucky. Funeral services to immediately follow at 1:00 pm. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger, Kentucky. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home is assisting the family.
