James J. Powers

James J. Powers, 89, of Hebron, passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Florence.

He was a retired machinist with Gibson Greeting Cards in Cincinnati and enjoyed fishing and woodworking.

James was preceded in death by his loving wife, Betty Jane Fistner Powers; and parents, Richard and Mary Powers.

Survivors include daughter, Sandra Darlene (Mike) Blakley; grandson, James (Maria) Jenson; granddaughter, Angel (Roy) Blakley; brother, Junior Powers; sister, Cookie Glore; and grandchildren, Brittany, Austin, Caytlyn, Alexia, Trinity, Casey, Nicholas and Lucas.

Visitation will be Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12:00 Noon at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. Interment will be at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill.
