James Edward "Chester" Smith, Jr., 45, of Elsmere, died Friday, March 26 at his home. He was disabled.
Survivors include his wife, Wanda Allen Smith; son, James Daniel Smith of Elsmere; father, James E. Smith, Sr. of Covington; step mother, Patricia Ann Smith of Covington; brother, Ronnie Wayne Smith of Covington; sister, Michelle Diane Smith of Covington; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Judy Slater Smith.
Memorials are suggested to Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, c/o James Smith Funeral Fund, 917 Main Street, Covington, KY 41011.
