Jannette Kim Welch

Jannette Kim Welch, 61, of Erlanger, Kentucky died on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at her home. 

Jannette was born on August 13, 1974, in Orlando, Florida to Chun Sil Kim Seo and the late Herman Stewart Welch. She was a bartender for many years. 

Survivors include her mom, Chun Sil Kim Leem; stepfather, In S. Seo; sons, Joseph “JJ” Eastin and Evan Eastin; daughter, Maya Downs; sister, Maria Welch; and her longtime companion, Victor Eastin. 

Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
