John Edwin Bays, 56, of Morningview died Sunday, December 30, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Florence. He was a disabled self employed Truck Driver.
Mr. Bays was preceded in death by his parents, John and Myrtle Carroll Bays and a brother, Larry Bays.
Survivors include his wife, Susan Godsey Bays of Burlington; a daughter, Bridget Nicole Bays of Burlington; two sisters, Doris (husband Jack) Ernest of Morningview and Debbie (husband Chris) Roland of Burlington; a brother, Billy Ray (wife JoAnn) Bays of Morningview and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation is Monday, January 7, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. Memorial Services to immediately follow at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Reverend Courtney Herald officiating.
