John Anthony "Jac" Couch, beloved son of Bradley and Jennifer King Couch, passed away Sunday, July 18 at his home.
He is also survived by a sister, Ava Elaine; paternal grandparents, Dan and Martha Couch of Burlington; and maternal grandparents, Fred and Charlotte Klopsch of Boone County, Kentucky.
Anthony King, his maternal grandfather, preceded him in death.
Memorials are suggested to the John Anthony Couch Memorial Fund, c/o any Fifth Third Bank Branch.
