John Dye

John T. Dye, 78, of Hebron, died Saturday, May 17, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Florence, Kentucky. 

John was born on July 22, 1946, in Hebron, Kentucky to the late Oliver H. and Barbara R. (Edwards) Dye. He worked for more than 20 years at Cincinnati Milacron as a machine technician and then finished his career as the Plant Manager for the former King Tool. Co from which he retired. A longtime member of Hebron Lutheran Church, John enjoyed fishing and woodworking in his spare time. 

He was preceded in death by his wife of nearly 56 years, Mary Faye (Price) Dye on January 11, 2024; sister, Barbara Jo Kuhns; and brothers, Michael R. Dye and Harold W. Dye. 

Survivors include his daughter, Andrea Dye; son, Kevin Dye; brother, Robert H. (Suzanne) Dye; sisters in law, Debbie Dye and Brenda Dye; brother-in-law, Robert Kuhn; and nine grandchildren. 

Visitation is Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 Noon at the Hebron Lutheran Church, 3140 Limaburg Road, Hebron. Funeral services begin at 12:00 Noon. Interment at Hebron Lutheran Cemetery, Hebron.
