Lawrence Kemper, Jr

Lawrence J. Kemper Jr., 88, of Cincinnati, formerly of Covington, died Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at Bayley Place, Cincinnati.

Lawrence was a World War II Army veteran and a retired Revenue Officer for the IRS. He was an avid coin and stamp collector and also loved trains.

He was preceded in death by parents, Lawrence J. Sr. and Gertrude Von Hoene Kemper; brother, Ray A. (Margaret) Kemper; and a sister, Mary Elizabeth (Robert) Nienaber.

Survivors include brother, Paul (Carolyn) Kemper of Fort Thomas; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Tuesday, May 17, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Covington. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 1:00 p.m. at St. Augustine Church, Covington. Interment at Mother of God Cemetery, Fort Wright.
