Leilani Bennett Mahan

Leilani Bennett Mahan, 85, of Hebron, passed away, Saturday, December 31, 2022, at her residence. She was a member of Sand Run Baptist Church in Hebron and retired as a clerk for the Internal Revenue Service. She enjoyed reading and loved feeding the birds.

Leilani was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert Cleveland Mahan; son, Andrew Thomas Mahan; parents, Arthur Jefferson and Nina Mildred Rice Bennett; son in law, Earl Bodenbender; and sisters, Nina Moore, and Mary Talbot.

Survivors include daughter, Jennifer Katherine Bodenbender; sons, Michael Cleveland (Cindy) Mahan; John William (Jeanette) Mahan; David Arthur (Kari) Mahan, Joseph Robert Mahan; sister, Roena (Charles) Moore; grandchildren, Jenilee, Sarah, Joshua, Katie, Garrett, Matthew, Adam, Sarah, Jacob, Amanda, Rachael; and great grandchildren, Alex, Brady, Mercer, Bennett, Lewin, Annalee, Kaelynn, Brooklynn, Charlotte, Brenden, Isabella, and Zade.

Visitation is Wednesday, January 4, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. at Sand Run Baptist Church, 1327 North Bend Road, Hebron, KY 41048.

Memorials are suggested to Bluegrass Care Navigators, 51 Cavalier Drive, Ste 200, Florence, KY 41042.

Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron is serving the family.
