Mabel Lunsford
February 29, 1912 — June 9, 2008
Mabel Lunsford, 96, of Erlanger, died Monday, June 9 at St. Luke West Hospital in Florence. She was a homemaker who loved to read and sew.
She was the oldest member of Kento-Boo Baptist Church of Florence.
She is survived by her daughters, Rose Snodgrass of Elsmere and Barbara Stephens of Florence; sons, Coleman Lunsford of Erlanger, Orville Lunsford of Florence, and Danny Lunsford of Elsmere; 17 grandchildren; and many great and great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Bruce Lunsford; sons, Clyde Lunsford, Robert Lunsford, and Howard Lunsford; and parents, Coleman and Sarah Perdue Cope.
Memorials are suggested to the Kento-Boo Baptist Church Building Fund, 634 Kentoboo Avenue, Florence, KY 41042.
