Margaret Hanneken

Margaret Ann Boyle Hanneken, 81, of Florence passed away Saturday, November 28, 2015 at her home.

She was born on September 1, 1934 in Covington to the late John and Irene Wilson Boyle. Margaret worked for Macy’s Department Store for 28 years. She was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Burlington. She was a lifelong animal lover.

Survivors include daughters, Kathy (Dave) Sheets of Erlanger and Dianne (Jeff) Lloyd of Georgetown, Kentucky; brother, Larry Boyle of Villa Hills; sister, Roberta Wieschorster of Jacksonville, Florida; grandchildren, Stephanie (Sean) Donoghue, Rachel (Bryan) Perdue, David (Brandy) Sheets and Jessie (Anthony) Thornton; seven great grandchildren; and her beloved cat, Josie.

A Memorial Gathering will be held Wednesday, December 2, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Erlanger. A Catholic Blessing will follow at 5:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
