Marian Abele

Marian Fay Hall Abele, 88, of Edgewood, formerly of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, died Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at Emeritus at Edgewood. She was a retired Registered Nurse for Mercy Hospital of Johnstown.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Thomas E. Abele; parents, Otis M. and Clara Ellenberger Hall; son, James Abele; son in law, Gregory Muscardelli; sister, June McDowell; brother and sister in law, Bill and Pat Hall; and two grandsons, Gregory Muscardelli and Brian Stanwyck.

Survivors include daughters, Kathleen (Peter) Wenzel of Edgewood and Linda Muscardelli of Johnstown; son, Thomas (Nancy) Abele of Louisville; brother, Jim (Phyllis) Hall of Pittsburgh; brother in law, Chuck McDowell of Akron, Ohio; nine grandchildren, Danielle Muscardelli, Lindsay Isamoyer, Caroline Mayes, Stephanie Wenzel, Peter Wenzel, Erik Wenzel, Jesse Abele, Brad Abele and Nicholas Abele; and seven great grandchildren, Saige, Cianna, Sophia, Benjamin, Kayden, Logen and Alex.

Private services to be held at the convenience of the family. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Erlanger, is serving the family.
