Martha Tonnies
June 3, 1935 — October 2, 2007
Martha Ann Mayer Tonnies, 72, of Covington, Kentucky, died Tuesday, October 2 at her home. She was an avid quilter and active in the St. Charles Village Community. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church and was involved with the Cincinnati Chapter of Parents of Murdered Children.
She is survived by a brother, Rick Mayer of Tucson, Arizona; and friends, Kathy Meyers of Florence, Sue Kiefer and Carole Tieman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph A. Tonnies; her son, Richard Steven Tonnies; and her parents, Richard Fred and Camille Buring Mayer.
