Mary Timmers

Mary C. Boemker Timmers, 90, of Fort Wright, formerly of Lakeside Park, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 7, 2015 at her home.

She was a homemaker, member of St. Henry Church, Elsmere and she enjoyed reading and gardening.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Timmers in 1998; a son, Thomas Timmers and son in law, Alfred Van Dyne, both in 2015; and her parents, Joseph and Mary Muething Boemker.

Survivors include daughters, Mary Jo (Jim) Behne of Chester, Virginia, Nancy (Tom) Dahl of Burlington and Joan Van Dyne of Florence; sons, Richard (Martha) Timmers of Florence and Joe (Sharon) Timmers of Edgewood; daughter in law, Terry Beasley Timmers of Erlanger; 13 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.

Visitation is Thursday, September 17, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 10 a.m. at St. Henry Church, Elsmere. Mass of Christian Burial to immediately follow at 10:00 a.m. at the church. Entombment in St. Mary Cemetery, Fort Mitchell. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Erlanger is serving the family.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the favorite charity of donor’s choice.
