Michael Ficke, Sr

Michael C. Ficke, Sr., 62, of Villa Hills, died Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at Christ Hospital, Cincinnati.

Michael retired as a Production Supervisor with Jim Beam Distilleries after 42 years of service. He was a member of the Erlanger Historical Society. He enjoyed outdoor activities, golfing and liked watching UC Bearcats Basketball and the Cincinnati Reds.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles A. and Ellen Ruth Young Ficke; brother, Dennis Ficke; and grandchild, Taylor.

Survivors include daughter, Robin (Andrew) Behrmann of Cincinnati; son, Michael (Maggie) Rimroth of West Harrison, Indiana; companion, Karole Moore of Villa Hills; sister, Debra Staggs; brothers, Dan Ficke and Darren Ficke; and grandchildren, Tyler, Joshua, Rylan, Addison, and Oliver.

Visitation is Monday, August 10, 2015 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Ludlow. Funeral service to follow immediately at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment at Highland Cemetery, Fort Mitchell.
