Mildred Mavity
July 7, 1915 — December 10, 2009
Mildred D. Segers Mavity, 94, of Hebron, died Thursday, December 10, at her home. She was a Bus Driver with Boone County Schools for 28 years.
Mrs. Mavity was a member of Hebron Baptist Church and Hebron Homemakers. Her hobbies included gardening. She was noted for her roses.
Survivors include her daughter, Joy (Russ) Linton of Hebron; sons, Glenn Mavity of Cincinnati and Charles Mavity of Columbus, Ohio; five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Edward "Ed" Mavity; and parents, Charles D. and Belle Guffey Segers.
Visitation is Saturday, December 12, 2009, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. Funeral Service to follow at 12:00 Noon at the funeral home. Reverend Shawn Edwards officiating. Interment at Hebron Lutheran Cemetery, Hebron.
