Miriam Helen Jackson

Miriam Helen Kenter Jackson, age 82, of Florence, Kentucky, passed away on January 13, 2026. 

Miriam was born on April 8, 1943, in Campbell County, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, David Jackson; her parents, Lillian and Herbert Kenter; and her seven brothers and sisters. 

She is survived by her loving family: Her daughters April Jackson and her children Haley, Thomas, and Gabby; Gail Jackson Stephens, her children Katlyn Sand (Corry) and their children Emma and Emory, Cody Stephens (Tara) and their children Gabriel and Evie; Patty Jackson Shelton (Steve) and Jimmy Duvall (Jennifer) and their children Austin, Clayton, Hayden, and Easton; Kris Shelton; Amanda Phillips (David) and their children Destiny, Michael, River, and Ethan; and Bobbie Jackson and her children Rachel, David, and his children Emmett and Henry. 

Miriam retired from A-Plus Trucking in October 2022 after many years of dedicated service. She was a faithful and devoted member of Calvary Baptist Church in Latonia, Kentucky, where her love for the Lord and for serving others was evident to all who knew her. 

Visitation is Friday, January 16, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, 1833 Petersburg Road, Hebron, Kentucky. Funeral service Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 12:30 pm at the funeral home. Interment at Sand Run Cemetery, Hebron.

Miriam found joy in serving others, spending time with her family, and working in her yard. She will be remembered for her servant’s heart, her strong faith, and the deep love she had for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. 

Her legacy of love, faith, and kindness will live on in the many lives she touched.
