Nellie Garnett
November 15, 1919 — June 28, 2013
Nellie Shears Garnett, 93, of Hebron died Friday, June 28, 2013 at Florence Park Care Center, Florence.
She enjoyed quilting and was a member of the Boone Co. Quilting Club.
Mrs. Garnett was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy G. Garnett in 2003; son-in-law, Jackie Helton in 2011; and 10 brothers and sisters.
Survivors include daughters, Carol Helton of Verona and Darlene (Mike) Kollstedt of Fairfield, Ohio; sons, Danny (Shirley) Garnett of Union, John (Brenda) Garnett of Hebron and Steve Garnett of West Perry, Missouri; sisters, Agnes Schneider and Catherine Marksberry, both of Florence; 18 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and several great great grandchildren.
Visitation is Tuesday, July 2, 2103 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. Funeral services to follow at 12:00 Noon at the funeral home. Interment at Bullittsburg Cemetery, Petersburg.
