Nicholas Daniel "Nick" Smith, 22, of Ft. Mitchell, died Saturday, May 3 at St. Luke East Hospice in Ft. Thomas.
He is survived by his mother, Beth Malone of Crescent Springs; father, Bruce Smith of Ft. Mitchell; grandmother, Shirley "Skip" Smith of Edgewood; step-father, Dave Renke of Crescent Springs; step-sisters, Lisa Schlarman of Fairfield, Ohio, Jessica Laker of Okinawa, Japan, Denise Renke and Sarah Renke, both of Crescent Springs; uncles; aunts; cousins; and many friends.
Memorials are suggested to the Hospice Care Center of Northern Kentucky, St. Luke East Hospital, 85 Grand Avenue, Ft. Thomas KY 41075.
