Patricia "Pat" K. Stapleton, 53, of Covington, died Saturday, September 19, at Healthcare of St. Elizabeth, Covington. She was a self-employed housekeeper.
Mrs. Stapleton was a member of St. Augustine Church, Covington.
Survivors include husband, Robert G. Stapleton; sons, Major Jason Lageman, US Army of Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas and John Robert "Jack" Stapleton of Covington; daughters, Jamie Lageman of Covington and Katrina Stapleton of Cincinnati; sisters, Rose Ann Lageman of Covington, Mary Ann Tenfeld of Ft. Wright, Nancy Lageman of Covington, and Barbara Lageman of Covington; brother, John Lageman of Covington; and 10 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Rosemary Dickman Lageman.
