Patricia Dye

Patricia M. (Fortner) Dye, 83, of Crestview Hills, Kentucky passed away Sunday, November 1, 2026, at Hospice of St. Elizabeth, Edgewood. 

Pat was born on July 19, 1943, in Covington, Kentucky to the late Sanford and Stella (Haley) Fortner. She was retired in Management after 33 years for the Internal Revenue Service, Covington, and was a member of Hebron Lutheran Church, Hebron, Kentucky. 

She was preceded in death by her longtime companion, Al Bonar; and her parents, Sanford and Stella Fortner. 

Survivors include daughters, Kathleen (Catie) Evans and Kelly (Rich) Byrd; son, Kevin (Yu) Bonar; and grandchildren, Lucas Evans, Clark Evans, Zachary (Cassadi) Byrd and Sarah (Matthew Houston) Byrd. 

Visitation is 12:00 Noon to 2:00 pm Friday, November 6, 2026, at the Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, 3614 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky. Funeral services to begin at 2:00 pm. Interment to follow in Highland Cemetery, Fort Mitchell, Kentucky.
