Paul Dickmann

Paul Joseph Dickmann, 91, of Port Charlotte, Florida, formerly of Hebron, Kentucky and Fort Thomas, Kentucky, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, in Port Charlotte. 

Paul was born in Covington, Kentucky on August 19, 1934, to the late, Louis H. and Eva M. “Peg” (Anderson) Dickmann. He served his country during the Korean War in the U.S. Air Force. Paul was a retired Funeral Director for A.C. Dobbling Funeral Homes of Fort Thomas and Bellevue and former Funeral Director for Bullock Funeral Homes of Ludlow and Hebron. He was a past Fire Chief and member of the Hebron Volunteer Fire Department, a former member of the Highland Country Club and Highland Hills Baptist Church, Fort Thomas. 

Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Constance “Connie” Dickmann in 2017; and by his wife, Gale Fraizer in 2023; sons, Randy Dickmann in 1956 and Deron Dickmann in 1997; granddaughter, Kristen Dickmann in 2008; his parents, Louis and Peg Dickmann; and brother, Fr. Louis “Lou” Dickmann in 2021. 

Survivors include sons, Douglas Dickmann (Rebecca), David Dickmann and Dale Dickmann (Leah); brother, Donald “Don” Dickmann; grandchildren, Kyle Dickmann (Kinsey), Cassie Dougherty (Dan), Dane Dickmann (Andrea Coates), Taylor Dickmann (Michelle), Brittany Leonard (Bobby), Brooke Strong (Mike), Nicole Neeley (Josh), Amber Hansen (Brian), and Derek Dickmann (Bree); 32 great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. 

No Visitation. A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 11:00 am at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, North, Williamstown, Kentucky.
