Phyllis Leon Ryle Patrick, 71, of Covington, died Saturday, November 29 at St. Elizabeth South Hospital in Edgewood. She was a retired Psychiatric Nurse at Longview State Hospital in Cincinnati for over 20 years.
Mrs. Patrick was a member of Erlanger Christian Church and the Atria Choir.
Surviving is a daughter, Tracy Patrick of Erlanger; son, Troy Patrick of Tampa, Florida; and sister, Carol Sue (Ray) Furnish of Florence.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leon E. and Edith Elizabeth Lucas Ryle.
