Private Adrien Edmund DeAngelo Augustin, 20, of Covington, died Monday, August 17, at Parris Island, South Carolina. He was an active duty U. S. Marine.
Private Augustin was a 2007 graduate of Newport High School, where he played football.
Survivors include his mother, Paula Beth Smith Augustin of Covington; father, Jean Vednor Augustin of Ruskin, Florida; sisters, Chanel Augustin of Crescent Springs, Vedna Augustin and Marie Augustin, both of Ruskin, Florida; brother, Jean Augustin of Ruskin, Florida; uncle, Paul Steven Smith of Park Hills; and girlfriend, Sarah Christine Szabo of Florence.
