Rev. William Merrell

September 15, 1925 — November 1, 2016

Reverend William H. Merrell, 91, of Hebron, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Villa Spring Care Center in Erlanger.

He was a World War II Army Veteran, a retired self-employed carpenter and clergyman, a member of the North Dearborn Community Church in West Harrison, Indiana and a Kentucky Colonel. His hobbies included carpentry work.

William was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Watkins Merrell; and parents, John and Fannie Hill Merrell.

Survivors include son, Harold (Linda) Merrell of Taylorsville, Kentucky; daughter, Linda (Larry) McBee of Hebron; sister, Evelyn Taylor of Florence; six grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter.

Visitation is Friday, November 4, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. Funeral Service is Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment, with military honors, at Sand Run Cemetery, Hebron.
