Richard Jay “Rick” Allen, 50, of Wilder passed away Saturday, October 13, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his father, William D. Allen, Sr; and his stepfather, Dr. John Brogan.
Survivors include his mother, Mildred Van Winkle Brogan of Wilder; brothers, William Allen, Jr of Wilder, Thomas Allen of Key West, Florida, Michael Allen of Hillsboro, Ohio, Steven Allen of Wilder and Mark Allen of Cincinnati; and a host of nieces and nephews.
