Robert Kersting
December 24, 1915 — July 5, 2008
Robert Joseph Kersting, 92 of Covington, passed away Saturday, July 5, at St. Elizabeth South Hospital, Edgewood.
He was a retired maintenance man at the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption Church. Mr. Kersting was a WWII Army Air Corp veteran and member of St. John Church, Covington.
He is survived by his wife of sixty-four years, Frances Scott Kersting; two sons, Richard Kersting of Louisville and Robert Kersting of Erlanger; his daughter, Mary Jo Kersting of Ludlow. He has five grandchildren, Bob, Joe, Kimberly, Frances and Alex and two great grandchildren, Cody and Hayden.
